Available to businesses in South Ribble to upskill or re-skill employees
A grant of up to £1,250 is available to businesses in South Ribble to upskill or re-skill employees by helping them to gain a vocational qualification or licence.
The grant can assist businesses to train new recruits or to train existing staff to fill skills gaps.
This includes staff being trained on a recognised training course (a training course leading to a nationally recognised qualification or certificate from an accredited training organisation or professional body), which is not funded through any other programme such as an apprenticeship. Up to ten people within a business can benefit.
