Facilitator Bio:

CUBE HR was founded in October 2017, and I’ve been Head of HR there since May 2019 and I am CIPD level 5 accredited. I love people – understanding what makes them tick and how to effectively communicate and this sparked my passion for good HR. I also have a very active brain that loves problem solving and thinking outside the box, and at CUBE HR I’ve definitely seen some very strange and complex problems! I’ve been told by my clients that I’m the nicest HR person they’ve ever met – it’s a dubious accolade, but I’ll take it none-the-less! I’m also responsible for operations for our HR Software, HRX People, so I wear many hats.
