Boost workshop: The Business Model Canvas

This workshop will take you through the Business Model Canvas – an easy to use business tool that’s recognised globally and has been proven to deliver excellent results. You’ll learn how to use it to better understand your own business and focus on the critical drivers for growth, and take away some key action points that you can work on immediately.

Our workshop covers:

• The Business Model Canvas. A plan on a page – everything you need clearly set out and in one place
• How to make the numbers work – focusing on cost and revenue
• Recognising customer needs and how to target them
• Identifying and managing risk
• Mapping the key relationships that will make your business successful
• Creating a compelling value proposition – how to stand out from your competition
• Cutting out waste through concentrating on those activities that add value
• Communicating the plan and engaging your team
• Q&A – dealing with specific challenges participants want to discuss

This workshop hosted by Boost Lancashire and facilitated by Growth Catalyst Business Associate John Warren, Director of Matchbox Associates.
