Skills for Effective Management Workshop : Foster productivity, health and wellbeing in your team Based on a research-informed approach, this workshop has been designed to provide an opportunity for managers to share their practice and enhance their people management skills.

We will provide an environment to support you in reviewing and reflecting on your management capacity and capabilities which will enable you to identify changes that will foster productivity, health and wellbeing within your team and organisation. 

This one-day workshop is particularly relevant for:

• New Managers • Developing Managers • Line Managers • HR Professionals • Aspiring Managers Course content: • Enhance line management knowledge, skills and capabilities. • Reflect on current practice through peer coaching. • Build confidence in managing performance. • Review techniques for having difficult conversations.

Duration: 1 day (9:30 – 4:30) Date: 14th November 2024 

Cost: £350 Refreshments and a light lunch will be provided.
