We all want to stay healthy and strong and withstand challenges. Running a business is associated with high levels of role-related stress and pressure. elementas founder Lou Booth and South Ribble Borough Council are supporting businesses in recognising, developing, and growing their resilience through fully funded workshops and coaching.

Resilience Workshops: Lou will lead a 1.5 -hour practical session sharing research-evidenced practices for building wellness and resilience. Participants will be guided and supported to try simple tools and techniques that harness their emotional intelligence and self-awareness for noticeable results and improved well-being.
