Honing your great skills – Making you an expert. The Advanced Excel course will benefit the more experienced spreadsheet users.

The course will cover logical, lookup and the new dynamic array functions and how to combine functions to solve specific problems.

Learn how to use Excels Power Query tool to import and manipulate data, and start recording macros to automate repetitive tasks and increase productivity.

Agenda:

  • Preparing Large datasheets ready for analysis
  • Vlookup/Xlookup and other multiple lookup combination formulas 
  • The Index/Match/Offset functions to add flexibility
  • Dynamic Array functions and using Spill Ranges
  • Understanding ‘If’ statements Multiple ‘If’ statements and other Logical function combinations
  • Nested and Multiple Nested functions 
  • Preventing and correcting errors in Advanced functions
  • Replacing standard cell references with ‘Structured References’
  • Power Query to Import and Combine data from multiple data sources 
  • Using Advanced Filter to extract data under multiple and complex conditions
  • Recording and running Macros
  • Attaching Macros to a button
