This full day bespoke training programme, designed and informed by cutting edge research, equips cyber professionals with the management skills and insights needed to enhance job quality and productivity in their organisations.

Building upon work carried out by the Institute for Research into Organisations, Work and Employment (Irowe), this workshop is based on the “Good Work” framework and focuses on core management capabilities and managing employment relationships.

This programme is fully funded for Lancashire and Cumbria residents that work as cyber professionals, are managers In digital/cyber business or those with an interest in cyber security.

Day-long workshop with refreshments and networking lunch provided. Whether you’re a seasoned executive, a HR professional, strategic leader, or new to management this workshop provides practical solutions to key management topics such as workforce health and wellbeing, recruitment and retention to ensure tangible organisational impact
