By looking at your business through the eyes of your customers and potential customers, you’ll discover how simple tweaks can make a huge impact on the relationships clients/customers have with you and increase sales.

The workshop is packed with good and bad examples of Customer Experience in other businesses, to help bring the points to life. 

The session covers:

  • Customer Journey Mapping What currently happens in your business before, during and after the sale – what can you improve on?
  • Collecting and using Feedback and Testimonials
  • This session is interactive and fun.

You will work on your own business in the workshop to instantly start developing great Customer Experience for your business.
