If you are a growing business in Lancashire, join our Growth Catalyst workshop: Identifying Global Markets: Internationalising Innovation and Market Entry on Tuesday 25th March from 2 – 4pm.

The online workshop will be facilitated by Dr John Jebb of Brook Consult, who has been involved in developing innovative, market-leading products and services for global markets throughout his career.

John has created and managed successful internationalisation strategies ranging from direct export to setting up overseas subsidiaries and Joint Ventures.

During this workshop, you'll discover practical tips and techniques to harness innovation and develop strategies for new market entry and development including: 

  • Discovering market gaps and opportunities
  • Adapting and creating products/services for new markets
  • Mitigating risks and addressing cultural and localisation challenges in international business.
  • Where to find additional support

Please note this is an interactive session so we ask that everyone leave their camera and microphone on to maximize engagement.

The Growth Catalyst service is for businesses that want to grow turnover, transform profitability and create new jobs.

Qualifying businesses need to have experienced organic turnover and employee growth already and have been trading for over three years.

It is available to small, medium-sized and large business in any sector or industry. 

This service is available to businesses within the following partner local authority areas: Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, Burnley Council, Chorley Council, Fylde Council, Hyndburn Borough Council, Pendle Borough Council, Preston City Council, South Ribble Borough Council, West Lancashire Borough Council and Wyre Council.
