ChamberWEBINAR: How to have sales calls that convert

December 07, 2023

13:00 - 14:00

Zoom | Teams | Online

Lancaster & Morecambe Chamber of Commerce

This is for you, if you are responsible for having sales conversations in your business but at times you feel a bit weird about the thought of selling. What if I say the wrong things, what should I be asking them, what if it all goes wrong? I don’t want to be that pushy sales person and you can feel yourself wanting to avoid having them. I have something that will help and whilst I can't tell you exactly what to say word for word, I do have a framework for you to follow that will inject some confidence into your conversations. Each step of the call is so important and needs to be included for you to take the customer through to making their decision. We will go through it all and simplify it down so that you can start to put it into practice on your very next sales conversation. You will leave knowing:

  •  5 simple steps of the sales interaction framework.
  •  How to become confident and calm during sales conversations.
  •  Explore how to shorten your sales process by doing the above.
  •  Open Q&A at the end to ask your specific questions.
