If you are a growing business in Lancashire, looking to minimise waste and maximise efficiency for rapid growth, join our Boost Lancashire Growth Catalyst Workshop: Productivity Boost on Wednesday 12th March from 9.30 am - 11.30am.

The online workshop will be facilitated by Boost business adviser Jaan Scott, an experienced business consultant who has supported many businesses across the North West to achieve sustainable, accelerated growth.

During this workshop you will:

  • Dive deep into the essential tools and strategies that successful business leaders use to drive productivity and efficiency across their organisations.
  • Cover a range of topics designed to help you streamline operations, including proven productivity principles, techniques for reducing waste and unnecessary costs, and methods to optimise resources for maximum output.
  • Focus on the importance of team development, sharing approaches for building strong, motivated teams that contribute to long-term success.

By the end of the session, you'll leave with actionable insights and practical strategies to enhance both individual and organisational performance. Please note this is an interactive session so we ask that everyone leave their camera and microphone on to maximise engagement.
