If you are a growing business in Lancashire, join our Growth Catalyst workshop: Building Resilience: Learning to Thrive in a Changing Business Landscape on Wednesday 19th March from 9.30 am - 11.30am.

The online workshop will be facilitated by Boost Business Adviser Jaan Scott, an experienced business consultant who has supported many businesses across the North West to achieve sustainable, accelerated growth. 

During this workshop, you'll discover practical tips and techniques to help your team bounce back from challenges and setbacks, including:

  • insights into team dynamics 
  • maximising employee engagement 
  • building a high-performance culture 
  • enhancing productivity and efficiency. 

Please note this is an interactive session so we ask that everyone leave their camera and microphone on to maximise engagement. 

The Growth Catalyst service is for businesses that want to grow turnover, transform profitability and create new jobs. Qualifying businesses need to have experienced organic turnover and employee growth already and have been trading for over three years. It is available to small, medium-sized and large business in any sector or industry. 

This service is available to businesses within the following partner local authority areas: Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, Burnley Council, Chorley Council, Fylde Council, Hyndburn Borough Council, Pendle Borough Council, Preston City Council, South Ribble Borough Council, West Lancashire Borough Council and Wyre Council.
