This series of Boost Flying Start masterclasses is open to all individuals and businesses either considering the launch of a new business or have been trading less than three years, primarily in the Pendle area. It provides the opportunity to gain crucial knowledge around business operations and obligations without the need of joining the Flying Start programme, while offering future one-to-one support and advice in addition to this information sharing and peer learning opportunity.
You will have an opportunity to develop practical skills, tools, and processes, which can be applied to launching and growing a small business. By focusing on development of skills and working practices, you will be able to achieve business growth with minimal financial outlays and build the resources required for strategic business planning and funding.
