This drop-in session is held every two weeks on a Thursday. It is for budding entrepreneurs interested in speaking to a business adviser to explore their ideas, seek guidance, or learn more about the Boost’s offer.

Individuals will be able to have a one-to-one 30 min conversation with the business adviser on a first come, first served basis.

This drop-in session is delivered by Selnet, on behalf of Boost’s Flying Start service and presented by Boost business adviser Lynn Trickett, who has a distinguished 24-year record in facilitating business support contracts and an extensive expertise in working with new and growth businesses across multiple sectors.

Parking notice: Please do not park on the car park next to the Community Hub – this is a private car park and you will be fined.
You can now park on Morrisons for FREE for three hours on any floor. For longer than three hours, you can park and pay on the top floor.

The Flying Start service is for early-stage businesses that have traded for less than three years, and aspiring individuals with a great business idea.

It is aimed at leaders who have a bright and growing vision for their new business. The service focusses on building business and financial acumen and the core skills to establish a new business and drive sustainable growth.

This service is available to businesses within the following partner local authority areas: Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, Burnley Council, Chorley Council, Fylde Council, Hyndburn Borough Council, Pendle Borough Council, Preston City Council, South Ribble Borough Council, West Lancashire Borough Council and Wyre Council.
