Chamber Low Carbon in collaboration with 2030hub, is offering an innovative series of six half day fully-funded workshops.
Each session will cover different elements of the B Corp movement, and how to best approach B Corp's Business Impact Assessment (BIA) process for your journey to certification. The use of Environment, Social, Governance (ESG) reporting in finance and investment circles is growing as well as increasing awareness of consumers, with many companies now looking at B Corp certification to demonstrate transparency and ethical operation as an attractive investment option.
Developed by 2030hub, a blended learning programme of peer to peer and one to one onsite support. Each applicant will also need to undertake a brief pre-course eligibility check to ensure that B Corp certification is achievable for your organisation. More information available HERE. Each participating company will also be assigned an advisor from the Chamber Low Carbon team to conduct a site review, highlight issues relating to the Environment element of the BIA, calculate your greenhouse gas emissions, produce a carbon footprint report and Carbon Reduction Plan. Also, one of our recognised B Leaders will be assigned to your company and assist you with your BIA.
