Lancashire business leaders invited to register for Boost Time to Lead programme

Boost Bespoke Time to Lead stock

Registration has begun for a new fully-funded Boost programme to help business leaders slow down and reflect on their approach to business with likeminded peers. Time to Lead is part of the Boost Bespoke programme and will provide a confidential space with other business owners and managers for an hour per fortnight.

Together they will reflect on their leadership, understand their decisions and the human condition in the aftermath of Covid-19 and begin to consider the opportunities we now have to reframe our approach to leadership. With recruitment already underway, dates have now been confirmed for the series of events. Businesses can view the full programmes for these series and register below:

The programme's Discovery one-to-one sessions take place before the group coaching so businesses interested in joining the programme are encouraged to register in good time to facilitate these sessions.

Time to Lead covers key areas including understanding purpose and integrity, the art of listening and acknowledging conflict and anxiety. Time to Lead will be facilitated by Boost Bespoke coach Wendy Bowers, an experienced board member, business growth coach and author.

Facilitated by Wendy Bowers, experienced board member, business growth coach, author and trainee facilitator for the Centre of Courage and Renewal, these exclusive sessions will consider how, as we emerge from the pandemic, we reconnect who we are with what we do.
