Health Innovation: the Challenges and the Opportunities for Business

Health Innovation: the Challenges and the Opportunities for Business, 12th and 26th September, Lancaster House Hotel.

Millions of pounds are being invested to help UK businesses benefit from developing and providing products and services to help address the health, well being and independence of our ageing population. Keeping us out of the healthcare system in the first place and doing better things once in that system presents both challenges and opportunities for businesses to respond.

This two day interactive workshop is for Lancashire based small and medium-sized businesses from all sectors and areas of expertise including those not normally associated with health but want to explore opportunities for their business in the health market. The workshop is funded by the European Regional Development Fund (eligibility criteria applies) and part of Lancaster University's pioneering work on the Health Innovation Campus - an international centre focused on tackling the biggest challenges in healthcare today.
