How do you help Lancashire businesses?

Through our latest project we provide fully funded accredited and non-accredited staff development. We are a registered training centre for NCFE, RSPH and CMI, providing a plethora of accredited learning from entry level basic skills up to level seven strategic leadership and management.

We do not offer a one-size fits all package, we tailor the delivery to the business needs. This bespoke approach is handled by our highly skilled and diverse team with over 100 years combined experience in the training and development.

Why do Lancashire businesses need your support?

Finding room in the budget to improve and develop your staff isn’t always easy. Investing the time to develop your workforce contributes to your business being a better place to work, demonstrating that your staff are valued, appreciated and rewarded for their loyalty and commitment.

This project offers fully funded opportunities to enhance the knowledge and skillset of your team(s) making them feel more confident and capable in their roles, increasing profitably and improving efficiency.

How are you helping Lancashire businesses overcome the economic challenges of coronavirus?

The economic challenges and impact of the COVID-19 pandemic have been felt globally and we have seen that some businesses have ceased to exist as the shadow of coronavirus swept across the globe.

This has meant more strict budgeting, better financial planning and a focus on 'growing your own' staff. Our role in supporting your business to overcome some of the challenges that coronavirus has placed on finances is simple yet effective. Complete a simple business diagnostic, identify skills gaps, address them and refer appropriately for additional support.

What are the other key challenges for Lancashire businesses at the moment?

As the nation looks to recover and build back better, we want to play our part in supporting SME’s in Lancashire to upskill new and existing staff members to improve business functionality.

Many people have opted for a career change after reflecting during the pandemic, as such, there is now a greater need to identify and address skills gaps within the work force. This can be time consuming, expensive and potentially distracting, our bespoke approach removes theses issues, enabling and empowering staff at all levels of the business to improve.
