Our Business Support Spotlight series highlights the wealth of support listed on Boost’s Support Hub and available to Lancashire businesses. Today’s spotlight shines on Upskilling the Health and Social Care Workforce across Lancashire, operated by Community CVS, the nationally accredited Volunteer Centre for Lancashire.
Through our latest project we provide fully funded accredited and non-accredited staff development. We are a registered training centre for NCFE, RSPH and CMI, providing a plethora of accredited learning from entry level basic skills up to level seven strategic leadership and management.
We do not offer a one-size fits all package, we tailor the delivery to the business needs. This bespoke approach is handled by our highly skilled and diverse team with over 100 years combined experience in the training and development.
