Below, they talk about the support they recieved from Boost around expanding their business, their biggest business inspirations and why Lancashire is a great place to do business.

Why did you contact Boost?

We reached out to Boost at a pivotal stage when we were looking to expand our business and create a roadmap of our future journey. As a growing digital company, we needed tailored advice and support to scale efficiently, improve our processes, and connect with local resources to accelerate our growth.

What support did you receive from Boost and how has it helped you and your business?

Boost provided invaluable guidance on strategic growth and implementing a plan. The advice from Boost helped us implement stronger systems and solidify our brand’s position in the market.

What piece of advice stood out the most during your Boost support?

One key piece of advice was to focus on building a strong team and delegating effectively. This has helped us manage our growth while maintaining high-quality service delivery. Focusing on leadership and strategy, we’ve been able to expand our capacity while keeping overheads low.

Who has been your biggest business inspiration and why?

Our biggest inspiration is a fellow performance marketing company, which has achieved incredible growth in a short time with the same remote-first structure. Their success has motivated us to pursue similar growth and innovation while maintaining flexibility and high-quality service.

What motivates you in business and why?

We are motivated by the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the businesses we work with. Helping our clients grow and succeed is the driving force behind Fruity Llama. We also find motivation in the challenge of building a company that balances flexibility, exceptional service, and innovation.

What are your growth plans for the next three years?

Over the next three years, we plan to expand Fruity Llama beyond Lancashire, targeting growth across the UK. We aim to increase our client base and become leaders in performance marketing. Our goal is to build a lean yet highly effective team fully remote, allowing us to access the best talent around the country and driving ROI for clients.

How do you like to start your working day?

We start our day with quick team check-ins to make sure everyone is clear on their tasks and to create a positive, motivated work environment. We ensure that the tasks we work on are the ones that will move our business forward and drive us to our future goals.

Why is Lancashire a great location for a business?

Lancashire offers a thriving business community with access to a talented pool of workers and strong local networks. Making it an ideal place for us to grow our company while staying grounded in our local roots.

What would you say to someone who is considering using Boost?

If you’re looking to grow your business and need expert advice, I would highly recommend Boost. Their support is tailored to your unique needs and helps you navigate the challenges of growth.

What is your advice for anyone looking to grow a business?

Our advice is to focus on building a strong foundation with the right systems in place. Don’t try to do everything yourself - delegate tasks to experts, build a talented team, and focus on what drives value for your customers. Stay committed, be flexible, and continuously adapt to market changes.
