Plan It ESG Full Colour Logo 2024

Plan-It ESG works in partnership with you, to tackle a range of environmental, social and governance challenges (ESG).

The importance of understanding and evaluating an organisation’s ethical and sustainable impact is becoming increasingly important.

In fact, employees, volunteers and customers are consciously making decisions about who to work for or who to buy products and services from based on ethics and sustainability factors. We want to help you, so you don’t miss out on business and staff because you didn’t keep up with the trends!

Here at Plan-It ESG we support you as you consider, plan and implement your responses to business-critical questions and issues, such as:

  • What is your organisation’s contribution to the environment?
  • Does your business recognise and implement its responsibilities to delivering positive societal outcomes?
  • Is your organisation well run, watertight, profitable and financially viable?
  • Are you delivering products and services with excellence, for customers who have more demanding than ever expectations of consumer standards?

Through our group workshops, one-to-one coaching for business planning and project management, grant support and much more, we help you to develop a future focused and sustainable business and help you to avoid pitfalls that many more have made before.

Through partner services that focus on finance products and tax incentives, we also support you to protect your hard-earned cash, whether that be in operational expenditure or capital expenditure.

Tackling challenges will help you protect business cashflow, have robust and realistic plans, recognise your amazing achievements so far and provide a platform catalysing growth. Supporting you to increase turnover, become more profitable and look to employ more staff.

Whilst many of our services can be delivered for any sector, Plan-It ESG has special interests in the areas of renewable energy provision and the provision of affordable housing and community services.

What one top tip would you give to a business owner embarking on a growth plan?

It’s vital to keep control. It’s so easy to be enthusiastic about your amazing products and services. However, you need to understand how much hard work is needed and have resourcing plans and cash to breathe life into your business. Make sure you have sufficient cash, staff, volunteers and other resources to make your business dreams a reality.
