Businesses will invest time, energy and money into the latest gadget or gizmo to help their business move forward and often neglect the amazing machine called the human body and forget about the fuel we call food that runs the machine. This can often lead to niggling chronic health conditions. That will eventually impact work and home life.
With a master’s degree in nutritional medicine and over 25 years working in nutrition and nutrition education my knowledge and passion to help others improve health and wellbeing can not be questioned. As well as nutrition qualifications and experience, I am a qualified fitness instructor, personal trainer and qualified yoga teacher.
Having also practised yoga for the past 30 years. I am a patient and passionate teacher who treats every client as an individual and I strive to help them achieve their goals throughout their own health journey. I can work with groups or individuals to coach and empower them on making healthier lifestyle choices, incorporating, personal training and fitness programmes, mindful eating, yoga, meditation and even food preparation.
I can provide nutrition education workshops, wellness days for groups, companies and individuals and have recently delivered workshops to the ONS, Talk Talk, HSS Hire, LTE group and, some third sector organisations.
I can provide you with the knowledge and tools to help you achieve optimal wellness so you and your business will thrive and you can be your own Hero!
