Michelle (Mich) Bondesio is the founder of Creating Cadence and Bondesio C&C, the author of The Cadence Effect, and the host of the Creating Cadence podcast.
She is a writer, productivity coach, and business consultant, working to change the conversation around how we work, to shift toxic cultures of overwork through the adoption of more intentional productivity practices, which support our wellbeing, creativity and productivity better.
Prior to starting her solopreneur journey in 2018, Mich built a 20-year career in communications and project management, working across digital and creative industries. She has also been through the Boost programme, and has first hand experience of what small business owners, like you, might be going through as you grow your business.
