What one top tip would you give to a business owner embarking on a growth plan?

Invest in your people and prioritise what kind of people you hire. You can train people on skills but you cannot turn bad eggs into good people. Start there.

Why is Lancashire a great place to grow a business?

There’s an ingrained practicality and creativity combination inside people from this part of the world that isn’t common everywhere. And a refreshing honesty.

Why are you backing Boost Business Lancashire?

Connections make the world go round and I want this pilot example to be a success that I can then take to our studios around the globe.
