Hayley is a business adviser who has spent over 24 years helping more than 2,000 business owners and their teams, in the areas of sales, marketing, finance and people leadership.
She is also one of the founders of Inclusive United CIC, a not for profit UK Community Interest Company (CIC) designed to create more inclusive sport opportunities for underrepresented communities.
As a Boost business adviser on the Growth Catalyst programme, Hayley looks to help business leaders by diagnosing the growth potential in their business and planning their strategy to address challenges. She then ensures that the business owner has the right support needed from the Boost teams and partners.
She is a specialist in upskilling owners and teams in growth and supporting owners to become accountable and keep their plans on track.
Hayley helps her clients to adopt strategic business planning and strong sales plans that translate into tactical actions which then help business owners to achieve profitable results, more clients and a focus on their employees' career development. She sees her role as being a trusted sounding board for business owners and helping them to reduce the stress involved in taking risks.
Hayley particularly enjoys seeing business owners and their families lives change for the better as their business grows. And celebrating the impact on an area or town that becomes economically stable and prospers through the growth of its local businesses.
Hayley has trekked the El Camino de Santiago in Spain and enjoys nothing more than being with her baby granddaughter.
The advice, support and insight from Boost Growth Catalyst Adviser Hayley Caine that continues to pour into HiveRisk Limited is so, so valuable to us. In my role I know I can share our challenges and achievements in a matter of fact way and I always feel ready for what’s coming next.
