Elle's career career started over 20 year ago in accountancy, during which time she was a management accountant for large corporate business before moving into chartered accountancy, working mainly with SMEs. She also has experience running her own business in property renovations and serviced accommodation.
For over 10 years, as an experienced business adviser, Elle has worked with numerous Lancashire based SMEs to help them start up and grow.
In her role as a Boost business adviser, Elle works with established but ambitious businesses in Lancashire and supporting them to develop a growth strategy and action plan.
By completing a diagnostic with the business to assess potential growth opportunities, she can help explore new ways of working and diagnose any barriers that may prevent businesses to achieve high growth.
Elle's main area of specialisms include: financial planning, business development and working with organisations to identify growth opportunities, risk management, financial analysis and client relationship management.
Elle believes Lancashire has such an interestingly diverse mix of businesses and its people are very talented and driven. She feels there is nothing more rewarding than watching businesses grow, thrive, and do amazing things with a little support in the just the right areas.
